<strong>Health retreat</strong> dates for 2006
currently we have two "balanced living" retreats scheduled in 2006
a weekend retreat 24th - 26th february
and a weekend retreat 28th- 30th april
balanced living retreats incorporate instruction in yoga and food preparation,meditation, yoga and food philosophy discussions and delicious
vegan meals.
there are also optional extra activities including massage and bodywork, personal astrology chart readings and mineral water spa baths.

here's a bit about us....
alexis pitsopoulos has been a vegan chef in hepburn springs for nearly 20 years with
his own cafe at vegan continental guesthouse.
he has catered for many a group including the 1999 international vegan festival,
vegetarian network victoria, greenpeace, wilderness society, friends of the earth,
david holmgren's permaculture design courses and trillions of weddings, parties, anything...
alexis teaches food preparation and cooking classes in hepburn springs.
lisa farinosi has cooked with alexis for the past 5 years at continental house in hepburn
and has also worked at cafe organix, wild rice and spirit foods in melbourne.
she has been teaching yoga for the past 3 years in hepburn springs, daylesford and ballarat.
lisa and alexis are both qualified massage therapists and work together as mukti massage.

the calendar features mostly original recipes with a few of our own versions of traditional recipes thrown in.
there is a seasonal recipe for each month accompanied by our own bright, bold, colourful photos.
the layout of the calendar is designed to be visually attractive and practical. The recipes are simple and straightforward using a wide range of
natural wholefood ingredients.
